Stress is “contagious”.
Fortunately, calm is contagious, too.
When you improve your relationships with all things (yourself, family, friends, work, your game, essentially all things), your whole world changes for the better. The amazing thing is, the whole world for everyone around you changes for the better, too. Health improves when stress goes down – everyone’s health improves.
This is not therapy, but this education is therapeutic. You do not need to talk about your issues. Classes cover every skill you need to improve your situations – improvement depends on developing these skills. CB Intrinsic classes are taught in a classroom setting – you just sit back, take notes, ask questions, learn, and apply from the first day of classes forward.
CBi courses address your needs regarding stress about the past, concerns about the future, and even whatever is happening right now. Emotion Management / Conflict Resolution (EMCR) covers stressful conditions, no matter their cause or time frame. Address your needs to manage emotions effectively for a clearer mind, resolve conflicts and challenges within yourself and the outside world for better concentration to focus on what matters, and even control chronic pain (please visit CB Intrinsic’s ChronicPainControl.org) rather than letting it control you. Improvements in these areas positively impact one’s life on so many levels!
